Step 2: Setting up Staff

To begin setting up your staff, click on the "Staff" button located in the upper right corner of the spreadsheet. If you are using the downloaded Sample schedule, you will see a list of staff that have already been entered into the schedule. You can either use these for practise, or start your own schedule by deleting all of the staff and entering your own personel instead.

To browse through all of the employees that have been entered into the schedule, click on any name on the left hand side of the staff editor.

To delete all of the staff, click on "Delete All Staff" button.

To enter your own staff, click on the "Add Staff" button. After you provide a name you will have access to editing that person's availability.
