Cutting & Pasting
Cutting and pasting can be done in Manager's Advantage the same way as any other Excel spreadsheet. Simply highlight the cells you wish to copy, press "CTRL-C" to copy, move the cursor to where you wish to paste and then press "CTRL-V" to paste the copied cells.Copying and pasting is useful for when you have all your shifts entered for one day, and wish to reuse that information for other days.
If you copy and paste a shift name by itself, the shift start and end times will be set to the times you entered in the shift editor. If you copy and paste a shift name with the start and end times, that information will pasted for the shift times.
Note: To avoid unexpected results, cutting and pasting should only be done within the schedule. You should also avoid pasting or writing over the day names and dates. If you wish to insert or delete rows, you should do so by clicking on Settings and changing the schedule height.
