Step 1: Setting up Shifts

To begin setting up your shifts, click on the "Shifts" button located in the upper right corner of the spreadsheet. If you are using the downloaded Sample schedule, you will see a list of shifts that have already been entered into the schedule. You can either use these shifts for practise, or start your own schedule by deleting these shifts and entering your own shifts instead.

To delete all of the shifts, click on the "Delete All" button.

To enter your own shifts, click on the "Add Shift" button. Each time you add a shift you will be asked for three things: The shift name along with the start and end times for each shift.
