Assigning Staff to Shifts

Assigning an employee to a shift in the schedule

Once a shift has been placed into the schedule, you can assign an employee to that shift by clicking on the cell which is on the right hand side of the day. A drop down menu will appear with a list of all your staff members. Simply pick who you want and they will be added to the shift.

Note: If you have the log sheet turned on Manager's Advantage will keep track of all changes you make to the schedule.
